This is a record of my attempts to be fitter, healthier and happier. It is not meant to be all that interesting for other folk. It's meant to motivate me.

Mickey Mouse O event in Battersea Park this evening. I did the 5K course in 44 minutes. Properly easy course but fun. There was lots of running around out of bounds areas, and we weren’t meant to climb over fences either, so I probably actually ran about 6.5k I reckon. (NB: Ignore the 2.4K on the map - it was a mistake.)
